For an older location in a rough spot, this Arby's has surprised me with how good it can be in the present time. It feels a bit dated and dead inside, but I have recently moved back to this area and in my few times coming here for work lunch, one of the front counter faces has already remembered me and kinda knew what I won't, despite me only seeing them 2-3 times. My orders have been mostly good, correct. And fresh in most of my visits. For an Arby's, it's pretty good

The manager was very rude and disrespectful to me while I was picking up my Door dash order.I didn't receive a greeting or how can I help or assist you.She shouldn't be on the front line if she is not going to helpful.

Not too bad. The person that ran me up seemed friendly, and the food was prepared quickly. The sandwich I ordered had a piece of cheese on it instead of the liquid cheese sauce that we had just talked about. I checked the recipe to see what was keyed, and the person made the sandwich how it said on the receipt. I have never ordered it with a piece of cheese, always the cheese sauce. I ate it because I was on my lunch break and didn't have time to complain. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't the good liquid stuff either, lol. It is about normal for today for things to get mixed up, even when you're literally having a conversation about it, in detail, but not as bad as most of the Foley, AL fast food restaurants that give you half of what you ordered or mix and match your custom orders - like ordering a qp w/cheese and a double qp w/cheese no onion and the single comes with no onion, but the double is with. Ohh well, I guess we gotta get use to paying twice what something is worth because it wasn't made right the 1st time, and the companies are raising prices to get that money back. ?
