The best ribs around! Great taste and fall off the bone.
If you love true smoked meats and fish, you have to stop by Brookmans. It's a hidden gem just off Hwy 59. He does a great job on salmon and pork chops. Check out his selections from his website and order online ahead of time. Smoking takes longer than cooking so take a little time to plan ahead. Amazing smoked flavors and tender as well.

We had a brisket, a butt and a whole side of salmon and they were all incredible! Full of flavor, tender and delicious! Also got some smoked pimento cheese that was amazing as well. We will be back to this little gem!

Brookman's Smokehouse in Gulf Shores offers incredible smoked meats and sides. The brisket, butt, and whole side of salmon are full of flavor, tender, and delicious. Smoked sausage, smoked pimento cheese, and smoked jalapeno are fantastic. The chicken is delicious and so moist, with beans that are out of this world. Smoked pork chops are some of the best ever eaten, ridiculously thick, and the smoked yellowfin tuna has tremendous flavor. The BBQ Feast is perfect for feeding a group without any hassle, with huge pork chops, sausage links, and dips. Plenty of food, tons of flavor, and unbelievable great prices for what you can get. This little gem in The Square is a go-to BBQ spot, with simple ordering and plenty of food for leftovers.
