“If you love true smoked meats and fish, you have to stop by Brookmans. It's a hidden gem just off Hwy 59. He does a great job on salmon and pork chops. Check out his selections from his website and order online ahead of time. Smoking takes longer than cooking so take a little time to plan ahead. Amazing smoked flavors and tender as well.

This is basically a carry out place that has no tables inside. If you can imagine a butcher shop for smoked products. Bring a cooler or order ahead online.

From 59S turn left on E 15th Ave and then take the first right. This is a back door to avoid the intersection at 59 and Fort Morgan Rd.
