We had a brisket, a butt and a whole side of salmon and they were all incredible! Full of flavor, tender and delicious! Also got some smoked pimento cheese that was amazing as well. We will be back to this little gem!

First time ordering.
I ordered the chicken and beans.
The chicken was delicious and so moist. The beans were out of this world. I strongly suggest you give these people your business if you like BBQ.
Ordering was simple. Pickup up my meal on the way home from work. This order fed 3 grown adults with leftovers for lunch.
I'm definitely going to return. All ready to try the pork chops.

This is a pick up only place off South Highway 59 in Gulf Shores AL. There is no atmosphere. This place is hell to find, the signage is nil. It does not face Hwy. 59. Re: the food. I ordered a whole smoked chicken and two portions of salmon. The chicken (all maybe 3# of a whole chicken) was still warm and DRY as a bone. The salmon really had no taste and let me say the two tiny strips of salmon were enough for one person not two. I will not go back as it simply wasn’t that tasty for the $50 I spent.

We love their salmon, those huge pork chops, sausage links and the dips—everything we’ve tried has been really good. Plenty of food, tons of flavor, and perfect for feeding a group without any hassle.

Love having a spot like this right here in The Square—makes it easy to grab great food while you’re out exploring Gulf Shores. Definitely one of our go-to BBQ spots in the area.

Went too late for Super Bowl Baby Back Ribs. Sold out,but Richard recommended whole Smoked Pork Loin instead. It was WONDERFUL!

Honestly some of the best smoked pork chops I've ever eaten. Lots of meats/fish to choose from. Sausage is excellent too. Definitely worth stopping in if in Gulf Shores. Just check hours first.

One of the best smoked places I ever visited. Got the smoked yellowfin tuna, smoked pork chop which is ridiculously thick, along with smoked sausage, smoked tuna dip, all had tremendous flavor, and the best part, unbelievable great prices for what you can get, feed the whole family no problem. The guy running it , knows exactly what he is doing. Just turn into the parking lot right after the vapor store, its in the middle of a set of joined buildings.

Excellent service but a little slow and unattended but good none this less..for those who say its greasy how do you like your steak? Burnt? I bet not or 90% not some fat runs off the plate every plate. Can't speak on dust and dirt I was inconverss
in conversation and no looking around.
