Ordered the bbq brisket whopper, had maybe a teaspoon of barbecue brisket no crispy onions, no onions at all. Two cars in front of me still took about 25 minutes. Will not eat at this burger king again.

Ordered food did get it but also got 4 wraps i didnt order no dipping sauce we asked for ..... food tasted like it was old ... or cooked to long idk not happy .....
Absolutely awful service. The lady taking my order was in no hurry at all, she laughed at me when I ordered a kids meal and made a joke to another worker, and then ignored our whole group when we were waiting to ask for spoons and sauces. A few different employees looked at us, and then just walked away.

Came in for mozzarella fries at 6 o’clock. My wife and I made eye contact with three different employees and a manager. No one said a word to us. We’re from out of town and we have similar service at our local fast foods, so didn’t think much—waited. Greeted the employees, no one responded. After 10 minutes, a woman took her gloves off, glanced at us and walked to the front. Then she turned back around and started fumbling with some paper bags. Not sure how the mozzarella fries are, we left. But based on the cleanliness of the kitchen, I am assuming it’s for the best.

This was the worse Customer Service ever!!! No smile, no hello, eye rolls all the time. Not to me tion very slow service. We didn't like the sweet tea and asked for a coke zero and you would think it was the end of the world. Definitely just horrible!
