Absolutely the rudest customer service experience. Drive-through cashier rolled her eyes when I asked for a barbecue sauce for my nuggets was rude taking my order was rude handing my order out was rude. All the way around my food was cold. Absolutely will not return to this Burger King. There is one a few miles away on County Road eight and they are wonderful, but this one, obviously has serious issues. I tried to call the store and let the manager know what took place and the manager was rude. Not ever returning.

The customer service is horrible. All of the employees standing around horse playing while customers are waiting and this includes the manager. The female working the window had the worst attitude and acted like she didnt want to be there. I was the only customer in drive-thru at first and had to wait 5 minutes before she would take my order. I bought a large sweet tea and it cost $3.20, which is absolutely ridiculous. If at all possible, stay away from the Burger King in Gulf Shores, AL.

Team Leader was extremely rude and had an attitude during the entire interaction and then refused to give us any sauce so I asked if I could just pay for it because at this point I was fed up with her rude demeanor and just wanted some sauce to eat my food, and she finally let me buy the sauce. Have literally NEVER had to pay for sauce at a Burger King in my entire life. Also refused to let us use a coupon, and our burgers were burnt, which I’ve never experienced before either. Worst customer service ever.

Took forever to get someone to take my order. When they finally did, after literally waiting 15 min. We get to the wondow and are asked to pull up. There was a car already there, I told him this. He yelled pull up and slammed the drive thru window. I have never seen such treatment at this or other establishments . On top of that, waited 10 min for food that's was not fresh amd poorly put together. Do better at this location burger king.

They did a poor job at making my family's sandwiches I went Thur the drive true 3 times they kept putting onions on the sandwichs when we told them no onions my brother highly allergic to onions and they kept doing and they spit in my freaking sandwiches and they acted like they couldn't understand me this bs I will not be back

Horrible drive thru experience. The lady was rude and had such a nasty attitude. Won't EVER go to this location again. The fries were old and the drinks were watered down. Just horrible. ?
I have to admit that the last few times that I've gone to BK that they drastically improved on the drive thru side, they are the only ones in town who have been consistent on getting our order right so kudos to that late night staff on turning it around.

Never got acknowledged, two Jamaican workers were steadily yelling at each other. I think the manager not sure who she was or if she was talking to me but yelled “what” in my direction in the most hateful way. Place is not even deserving of 1 star
