Very small shop but, exactly what we like!! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the beignets were hot and fresh. And, the were ready so fast!! We got an order of filled beignets to share because they are large beignets but, if you have a big appetite, one could totally tackle these on their own! ( And, since they are so delicious, no one would blame you for not sharing! )
My husband and I had an order of beignets and coffee. They were delicious! The man who cooked the beignets was so nice and funny. The lady who took our order was also very nice. We will keep this place in mind when we go on vacation, again. There was local art on the walls. I like helping out local artists.

Ok, I might be biased, or not. I love everything Alabama. But this little hidden gem serves exquisite, hot sugary, pillowy delectable beignets! Yumm! The gentleman who greeted me made my morning with his broad smile, the service was excellent and i will be back soon.
