HORRIFIC Service & Management!!!Order delayed, incorrect then told to go to back of long drive-thru line to rectify issue after extremely unqualified, slow refund procedure only to have them keep my credit card which realized half way home...had to turn around in extremely heavy traffic, drive back to retrieve it to be met by very unprofessional, abusively yelling manager in response to their insanely irresponsible error. No apology...quite the opposite with a gathering crowd of on looking customers! Totally publicly humiliating as well as am still massively livid over this entire unnecessary ridiculous experience!!!

Today, March 22 at 11:30, we tried to go to the drive-thru, which was the time we left work, to order a hamburger, but since I don't have a vehicle, I went by bicycle and ALL the employees ignored us and didn't want to serve us no matter how much we talked. We went to ask at the window and absolutely all the employees inside ignored us! No matter how much we talked in self-service, they ignored us and didn't even come back to see us! They didn't even have the conscience to tell us that they couldn't serve us! It is difficult to know how these types of people are not aware that those of us who have been coming for a while and only ride our bikes can order something to eat, a group of “workers” that is truly embarrassing.

We have visited Burger King in Gulf Shores 3 different times in the past 2 months. These are hands down the rudest group of employees we have ever encountered. The last time we were in there, we asked for the District Manager's phone number which they refused to give us. They asked us what the problem was so we described to them how rude they have been. After we left the counter to sit down and eat our food, the employees huddled together and started laughing and mocking our conversation in voices loud enough that the whole restaurant was able to hear their conversation. In addition, the American Flag that is flying is a disgrace. I have been trying since January 29, to reach someone, anyone at corporate customer service who will act on these issues instead of just giving me ridiculous canned customer service responses in emails. It seems that it is impossible to reach anyone by telephone and actualy speak with a human being. A photo of the American Flag is shown below.

Walked in after a 10 hour drive with 2 kids all of us hungry to just get stared at and ignored for 10 minutes before we finally walked out and went somewhere else. Terrible service and wouldn't suggest going here to anyone.
