Amazing beignets!
A lil bit of New Orleans right here in GS!
The beignets were amazing! Melt in your mouth delicious! The cafe could use a thorough scrub down and maybe the staff shut the back door when the step outside to smoke. But besides the atmosphere, the food was delicious!
This was a lovely place with amazing coffee and beignets, try the filled ones too!
Honestly some of the best beingnets outside of new orleans. Prices are great as well

I grew up here and live out of town now. Came down to visit family and had to have some beignets! As great as I remember! Coffee is smooth and hot too. Can’t go wrong with.

Awesome guy running the Cafe. We will be coming back every year! He was quick to get our 3 dozen beignets walk-in order ready. He was friendly and easy to talk to. The beignets were so good we’re back for the 2nd time this week!

Simon is a DELIGHT!! The beignets are AMAZING! They are soft and warm in the center. Nothing compares to these with an ice coffee to get your day going.
Simon is the REAL draw here though! What an absolute gem of a place.
I will be coming back on the way out of town...
