I love this place and eat there on a regular basis. It is not cheap, so I always expect good quality. Today I got a side of grapes salad with my food. Well, I paid for an extra side. My small cup of grape salad had four rotten grapes in it. That shouldn’t happen.

2 weeks ago I went through the window and ordered turkey club meal, when I got home I realized there wasn't any bacon on the club sandwich. I called the restaurant and was told they would fix the problem, so 2 weeks later I went to gulf shores and spoke with Maykennon. She was very kind and sweet. She replaced my entire order, which I thought was very nice!. So kudos to her and the staff in gulf shores

DoorDashed a meal from Chicken salad chick-- well packaged and utensils provided. Ok y'all I love chicken salad and I could probably eat from this place every day. I had just a scoop but it was well blended and a delicious chicken salad. Also ordered poblano soup and potato's soup both equally delicious. You could tell freshly prepared food and of a good quality. They have many different flavors of chicken salad to meet many different tastes.

I don’t know why my first visit to this amazing place took me so long but it won’t be long until my next visit. A lovely and friendly young lady, Sam, took my order. As it was my first time I had to search the menu board for what I wanted. Sam was very patient and helpful. I chose the Fruity Fran sandwich on a croissant that came with a crispy pickle spear and a drink. I love chicken salad with grapes, apples, and pecans and I was not disappointed. It was heaven on a fresh buttery croissant. Sam checked on me to see how I liked my sandwich and first visit. I can honestly say everything was perfect and I will go back for that delicious sandwich and friendly service.

I didn't become a chicken salad fan until just recently and I'm very picky about the kind of chicken salad I will eat. It can't have huge chunks of onion, celery, or any other ingredients that people like to add to chicken salad. You can't go wrong with Chicken Salad Chick!!! With such a variety of flavors they have a chicken salad for EVERYONE that likes chicken salad! I also had the broccoli cheddar soup and it was as amazing as my chicken salad sandwich. I went with the Barbie-Q chicken salad, and if your a BBQ sauce fan, you'll love this particular kind! The manager even came to ask how I liked it once I told her that was my first time eating there!
