Good authentic Mexican food & $1.99 margaritas on Wednesdays. I had there wet burritos and it was loaded with beef then covered with there sauce, cheese, lettuce which was plenty for one. The menu is very extensive & one has plenty to choose from.
We love this restaurant and eat here 2-3 times a month. It’s our favorite Mexican restaurant. Their chips are always hot and the salsa has just the right amount of spiciness. My favorites are the chili relleno with rice and beans, the tamales, the chicken quesadilla, the burrito supreme, and the choriqueso dip.The choriqueso is a delicious and addictive mix of chorizo and queso blanco. Great dinner, I had the Chimichanga. I love there Chimichanga.I asked for a refill on the salsa and never got it. Also wanted a refill on my drink and never was asked. That is the reason for a 3 stars. I have been coming to El Toro for many years and never had this happen. Server Bere C.
