Wonderful Thanksgiving lunch here, 1st time to go! The restaurant is just lovely & overlooks the beautiful Gulf of America! We had a great waitress, very friendly & smiling as she worked on Thanksgiving Day. Could choose which entree you wanted, & their pumpkin cheesecake was to die for! Yum!! Thank you Beach Club & Coast Restaurant for such a nice Thanksgiving Day spent here!
We enjoyed everything about our dinner at Coast Restaurant. The fish was fresh and cooked just right and the view of the beach was so relaxing. The service was outstanding.
The service was impeccable. Food was absolutely delicious. My filet cooked perfectly. The burratta appetizer was so delicious that we're still thinking about it the next day. Our server was knowledgeable. The lighting was a bit too bright for an intimate dining experience. Candlelight dining was available outside but it was a bit muggy for my tastes to dine outdoors. Unfortunately for us there was a large private gathering in the bar that was VERY loud and without any separation of rooms everything amplifies throughout the restaurant. We will definitely dine again but will make sure no large parties are occupying the bar.
The food is outrageously priced. 39$ for vegetables...... I expect a nice restaurant to be expensive but this place is a tourist trap. the food is of medium quality. go anywhere else.

The dining room was almost empty at 6:30 which was concerning, but the rest of the experience was excellent! Two fish meals were phenomenal. The food was great, the service was fast and friendly, and the sunset was beautiful.

I am not one to try to ruin a business, I promise! I was promised a refund and then they reneged and get this “Because I paid cash!” They offered a gift card but I said no because I would not go near there again. The food we were served that day should have been discarded in The Gulf. I grew up there and it was the worst food I have EVER had in that area. The grilled oysters were absolutely the size of a peanut and tasted RANCID!! My wife sent her grits back as they were cold and lumpy and they came back even lumpier and colder. She tolerated the quiche. I have told 7 people so far not to go there. I am sure the GM will write a response yet this is 100% the truth! Shameful to promise and then go back on their word. They will deny, I am sure!

The food is really good! They never seem to have enough servers. However, that could be because of the the time of the year. The environment is always nice!
Was mine and my wife's 25 year anniversary. I had emailed the restaurant several days ahead, asked for a nice view and asked for recommendations on the wine selection for my wife when we arrived. Our server never once mentioned or recommended a wine or anything to my wife . Table was out front at balcony in middle of everyone, closest table to a wedding party they were having on same night. Ordered charboiled oysters, they were pretty much cover in cheese and microwaved, not charboiled or grilled, we ordered the sampler and the shrimp was over seasoned with a blackening seasoning and the coleslaw that supposedly comes with the meal had no flavor to it what so ever. It was like wet cabbage. Me nor my wife was really thrilled with the food. Especially when it 45 dollars a plate. Our server was extremely nice, the place was very nice as you walk in and up the stairs. But this is not worth the money, and it's not a beach side view. Its a pool side view on their patio. So don't think it as a romantic out door setting. And far as anniversary goes. The hostess upon arrival couldn't find my reservation at first, and our waiter never once said anything neither, but we did get a free slice of cake with our 200 meal.
We had a wonderful experience at Coast. The food was delicious and our waitress was very friendly.
We were excited for a more upscale dinner, since there aren’t many options in Fort Morgan. But Coast was underwhelming. The food just was not up to par, it was very mid. The views were lovely though and our server was attentive. It won’t be a redo for us.

Excellent food and service!
Wow. Just Wow! Me and my wife stopped into this establishment for dinner after a long day sailing, and we were blown away by the cuisine and service at Coast Restaurant. Our server, Kendall, was so attentive to our every need. She reminded me of my wife (20 years ago of course). She was absolutely stunning. I loved the food so you should check it out, and if you do, ask for Kendall;)
