VERY impressed! I work in food service, for nearly 18 years, and the manager or owner maybe came out from the kitchen and greeted us, as they were very busy. We visited the Sassy Bass Island Grill last night. Apparently, most of the staff quit due to poor management, but still proceeded to open in the later afternoon. Several people were there waiting on to go orders and seated at tables. The poor waitress manning all the orders was overwhelmed with work while the cook in back was yelling and cursing at other workers for the whole restaurant to hear.
