Just learned about this place and I REALLY wish I had known about it years ago! The food is great and the prices are really fair. If you’re staying out on Ft. Morgan the food is often ready by the time you order and make it there to pick it up.
Staff is super friendly and helpful. Met the owner today. Super nice guy as well. Can’t say enough good things about them!

We had to make a trip back for a messed up order. The cook in the back then wanted to yell from the kitchen like he did me a favor by giving me a half a piece of sausage! Horrible service.. Drive 5 minutes further and go somewhere else.

We’ve been coming to Fresh Market Seafood for pretty close to a decade now, every time we visit Gulf Shores. We’ve always asked them to boil shrimp for us, but yesterday was the first time we realized they did a Jumbo Shrimp + Gumbo Meal (which comes with a pound of the jumbo shrimp, as well as potatoes and corn; see photo). Everything was perfectly prepared, and even though we ordered the spice level “mild,” it still had plenty of (delicious!) kick to it - perfect for us! The gumbo was excellent and full of great seafood flavor… The potatoes were soft as butter… The shrimp were perfect - and all for just over $30.00 after tax (and we were plenty full!). To summarize it in my wife’s words, “This is probably the best meal we’ve had since coming to Gulf Shores.” Thank you, Fresh Market Seafood, for always providing such consistent service with a smile, as well as such consistently delicious seafood! 😋
