We went to Jesse's on the Bay for lunch and ate outside on the upper deck, which was great! Our server was good, but it took a long time to get our food. The Calamari appetizer was cold. It should have been at least warm. It was also overcooked and hard to chew. Although the flavor was good, it was NOT enjoyable to eat. The shrimp tacos were just ok. I told the waiter about the Calamari, and instead of bringing us a fresh cooked plate of Calamari, he took $17, the price of it off the bill.

Absolutely excellent meal. Thoughtful menu, professionally executed. Our server was attentive and we never went without, despite the restaurant being very busy. Also, a fantastic bourbon selection. We go to the Beach Club in Fort Morgan every year, and the one thing it lacks its quality restaurants nearby. Thankfully Jesse’s is there now. We will be coming in every trip down for sure now, probably multiple times!

We had a party of 12 and the experience for all was incredible. The service was top notch and the menu was superb, to include their specialty cocktails. The only thing we would change is the ice used for an Old Fashioned…please just one large sphere instead of regular ice.

We are from Georgia, but every time we go to Gulf Shores, we eat at Jesse’s. The place is beautiful and the atmosphere is great. The food and service is awesome! Their steaks are the best. Their shrimp and grits are wonderful. We always get their dessert sampler. We love this place!

We wanted a good dinner and had been disappointed with the restaurants in Gulf Shores. We decided to try this place because my husband wanted a good steak. We walked in and the atmosphere was amazing. I must admit we were under dressed and didn’t look like we belonged nor did we have a reservation. That’s ok the staff was so friendly and seated us outdoors, out of the wind. This was hands down the best meal we had all week. The kids said the best meal they had ever had. If in the area again will definitely be back.

We had our first visit to Jesse’s this past week while spending a few days in Fort Morgan between Christmas and the new year. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. The food was excellent, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere can’t be beat in such a nice building. We will be back when visiting Fort Morgan!

She gave the best service and was so kind and helpful. We also sat outside looking right at the bay it was set up so beautiful. I would highly recommend eating here.
