No good and the clean the grills with dirty rags

One of our cavorted places to come on vacation. Amazing server, cook, and food!! We had a great experience!

Very disappointing experience overall. The portion sizes were underwhelming, especially compared to the kids’ meals, which actually had more meat than the adult dishes. The concept of sharing food around the table didn’t feel well executed and left us unsatisfied.

Service was also quite slow. We didn’t receive our rice until the very end of the meal, and simple requests, like lemon slices for water, were never fulfilled. To make matters worse, empty plates sat on the table for far too long without being cleared.

Unfortunately, the combination of poor service and lackluster portions made this a frustrating dining experience.

Super long wait, super slow service, the server doesn’t know what she was doing and had to ask us if she brought us salads, the food was incredibly bland, the chef didn’t know how to split plates, portions were very small for the amount we paid, and overall the place was not clean.

The food was under cook we ask them to re-cook the food and was told no!!! They wanted us to pay $28 for this little food!! The customer service was bad and they were very RUDEEE!! 0/10 I don’t recommend

A very nice, attractive restaurant. The staff is friendly. The only reason they didn't get a five is because the cook lacked in his presentation. It wasn't terrible by any means, but up to our expectations from previous hibachi meals.

We placed a to go order tonight, they told us a 30 min pick up time. We ended up waiting an hour, which has happened numerous times!! Not to mention messing up the order then being EXTREMELY rude about the entire situation. Terrible terrible customer service!!!

The staff is terrible; the food is expensive and doesn't taste good. If you want to eat something just like this—or with the exact same flavor—go shop at Publix; it’s cheaper and tastes exactly the same. And if you want to eat something truly delicious, you’re better off heading to the Foley mall to Rock N Roll Sushi—*that* is good sushi, and they treat you well there. If you don't believe me, just scroll through the reviews and you’ll see that everyone shares the same opinion regarding the staff's poor treatment: they are cold, rude, and apathetic. And to top it all off, the prices on the menu are incorrect; your bill will be higher when you go to pay, and they’ll make you feel like *you’re* the dummy who didn't read the menu properly.

Loved the food, and loved the cooks, they were really funny and fun. I would totally recommend especially being from out of town

Best place ever!!! I would 100% recommend!!! Jorge is the best chef ever!!! He’s so silly & awesome and made our experience so good!! Definitely a place to check on your vacation!

Right off the bat, service was slow. got the steak meal and was not cooked how i asked. asked for medium and it was rare. got sushi and asked for no eel sauce and sushi still came out with eel sauce on it. sent my steak back and then they took my fork and didnt get another one was not a very good experience.
