Disappointing experience - and we haven't even made it to the restaurant. You would not allow us to purchase a gift card for a family member over the phone or on your site. We had to drive all the way there to get it. Then - you proceeded to charge us a fee to purchase the gift card. AND - let's not even talk about parking. Since you forced us to come there, we had to park far away to get the gift card (or pay - yet again, for a valet). We have eaten at the restaurant a few times...read full review
