Stopped by Sarah's Homemade in Gulf Shores for lunch and tried the classic chicken salad lunch special. Everything was fresh, homemade, and exactly what I was hoping for. The chicken salad was delicious, the grapes were fresh, and the cookie was soft and packed with flavor.
What I liked most was that it didn't feel like chain restaurant food. You can tell they put care into their meals and ingredients. If you're looking for homemade food, prepared meals, chicken salad, or a quick lunch in Gulf Shores, this place is definitely worth a visit.
I'll be back to try some of their casseroles and take-and-bake meals. Highly recommend!

So far we have tried the bacon ranch pasta salad, stroganoff, banana pudding, and the cowboy cookies. We loved everything!!!! The cowboy cookies today were better than any crumbl cookie I’ve tried 10/10!

I absolutely love this place. I live around the corner and have gotten food from here at least a dozen times now. Best chicken salad wraps around. I’ve tried every take and bake dish they have and they ask really really good. Personally I love the enchiladas, husband’s delight and the shepherds pie. Their cookies are amazing too! Can’t recommend Sarah’s enough! 👍👍👍👍

After my son broke his clavicle a sweet friend brought us several dish from Sarah's Home made. We absolutely loved them. Five stars on all and the Asian Orzo Pasta Salad is my new favorite side. I can't wait to go get some more of it.

Great home cooked meals We have had the chicken pot pie, lasagna roll ups, chicken n dumplings, spaghetti, pimento cheese, and chicken salad, all SO wonderful! We will be coming back to try more delicious meals! Only suggestion would be less peas in the chicken pot pie and way more potatoes!!! Thank you!!!
