Management refuses to staff this Starbucks. They know exactly when it will be busy and if you are lucky and there's only 5-10 people in line, and if you're really lucky, two employees will be on duty & capable of making your order in 20-30 minutes. My favorite, though, is how they roll the "add a drink to the drive up" in app and then consistently make drinks unavailable so often you can't use it. Again, management refuses to staff this Starbucks & at the customer's expense. I think the only reason it works is because the people who live in this town just don't know that you can get a drink in 1/4 of the time at any well staffed store & with considerably less attitude. The staff needs better training. Desperately. There is major main character energy and if you don't get what you ordered, it's obviously your fault because they do not make mistakes. We decided it's simply not worth it & will spend our money elsewhere.

I had been down on the beach earlier and was feeling dehydrated. I don't typically go to Starbucks, but they had one in the Target we stopped at. I asked the barista to surprise me with a refreshing drink. She made me a drink called the Pink drink. Was great.

I wanted the new mint cocoa Frappuccino, but I was told they were out of mint and tried to offer peppermint as a substitute. But that to me wasn't an acceptable substitution. The tastes are very different. So, I ordered my usual, which is the caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino. It was amazing as usual. But I'm still bummed I didn't get to try the new product.

Waited 15 minutes standing in line, for them to tell me right before I got to order they wouldn't be taking orders for the next 45 minutes. It would've been amazing to know right when I got in line that. Will be saving my time an just driving to foley for now on. Do better.

They are ALWAYS out of stuff. Today its cold brew. Last week it was COFFEE. Today they aren't asking for our names on orders which feels extremely impersonal.

Cashier seemed like it was her first day on the job. Making the open employee confused on the orders. I ordered the simplest thing. Black coffee with STEVIA. I got black coffee with some other nasty tasting sweetener. Several other people standing around waiting for their drinks but no one knows what drink was what.

Supposed to get free refills on iced coffee while you shop as long as you bought the first one. Went back to get my second one and was charged full price!

I’m never the one to leave a review, good or bad, BUT! I’m so sick of coming to this Starbucks and waiting 20 min just to order a single drink. It’s not even the workers fault. GET MORE EMPLOYEES STARBUCKS! It’s LONG OVERDUE!!
