Only one barista will a loaded line and she was moving! Management should definitely schedule more than one employee but she was holding it down with a smile. She definitely deserves a raise!
Love this place and my carmel frappes are always great, but this worker, Maddison, is always getting my order wrong. I order a caramel frappe everytime I go but she always gives me a ribbon crunch. Yes I get its a small difference but its still not what I asked for. Also her customer service is just not good in general. All the other workera are great though!
