Owner rude and very stingy with vegetables

I'm not stupid enough to eat Subway's subs, but I thought they at least couldn't screw up an Icee. Wrong! Not only did they put it in a regular cup (which holds less than the dedicated Icee cups), the stingy guy didn't even fill it all the way up. For the privilege I paid over $4, nearly twice as much as the Subway in Walmart in Robertsdale charges.To top it off, the employee never once smiled, said thank you or anything else.

This place is awful as far as the owners. For one they do not accept coupons. They will charge you for something similar instead of what you actually got for an up charge to make a lil extra. Awful service. Besides that food is just like any other subway.

Vegetables are always poor and going bad. I paid with card and he gave himself a $4 tip. He told me I did it. I did not. Will not be going there anymore.

If I could give less that 1 star I would the people taking my order didn’t even know English and they give u as little food as they can. Both me and my buddy either got the wrong thing or it took us 15+ min to get it right. And they don’t know the menu. And the drink machine was out of order and they refused to give us a cup even if we paid full price for a drink.

Service was horrible my child dropped his drink and we asked if we could have another cup and napkins for clean up but they refused my child a cup. Even after we said we would pay they did not want to. So glad we are at Walmart or he would have no drink. Also I heard the one cleaning up complaining to a customer about my child. If I could I would give a way lower rating!

Stay away!!!!! They are crooks. They give you half the amount of what a normal Subway would give. I ordered a Cali Club and they cut the fresh mozzarella in quarters, and only gave you four little quarter pieces of one chunk. When it came to the avocado, they put a line across the size of a thin pencil. They didn’t wanna cook the bacon then they double charged me for avocado. There is also a communication gap as they speak broken English. I’ve given this place three chances and they’ve struck out and failed all three times. This was my last time going into this subway.
