Food was great and server was super nice.
They told us after we ordered that they were closing for a remodeling and they were out of several items. Food was just ok and not something to write home about. Maybe they are better when not preparing for remodeling.

Wow!!!!! It is the BEST restaurant I have eaten at in Gulf Shores. The fish and shrimp basket did not disappoint. Doc's was a complete letdown, and I was very discouraged, but even with it being close to closing, The Beach House did not disappoint; even the service was top-tier!
It is the same excellent service and the same great food!

Great locals place to dine. Service and food were exceptional. Our server, (uuggh forgot her name, she's from GA), she's been there 8 years was perfect in every way. We referred others on our trip to eat there and request our server, in which they did and loved it. We will definitely eat there practically everyday when we return again. The crawfish mac n cheese with the gulf fish platter was superb. Thank you for a great experience.

Decent place. Food was average except the New York strip on special. Overcooked , grissly, and lukewarm. On the other hand, the side salad was great. The blackened shrimp was overcooked, dry, and small. Stick to salads, here

I wanted to like it here, but it fell short on too many parts. I had the burger, it was too chewy, the texture was more like meat loaf and not in a good way. The fries were to crispy, some where too hard to eat.
My wife got the po boy sandwich. It did not have enough shrimp to justify the $17 price. The fries were the same situation. My kid got the shrimp and fries, she enjoyed all of it, so that is a positive.
We were with other people and tried someones fish tacos. They were sweet and probably the worst fish Ive tasted.
Thankfully on monday the burgers are only $11 which is hard to beat even in a non tourist town, but it still didn't taste that good.

Our server was really friendly and speedy for the amount of tables he had, but the service from the kitchen was very slow. The resturant was not full when we were there, and it was over 30 minutes to get our food. Our drink order was lost and took probably 10 minutes to get.
If the prices came down, or the quality in the dishes went up, it would be worth it.
It is kind of a sports bar, so it was loud with the music and talking, but it was a family friendly environment.
