My family and I enjoyed the atmosphere at The Hangout the foam party and sandy area for the kids were great, especially since we were seated right outside by the sand. However, the service completely ruined our experience.

I can't speak to food or drinks because we felt so unwelcome, we left before we ever ordered. As we approached the hostess station, there were so many staff standing around talking to each other and ignoring us, I didn't even realize we should stop. My sister did stop but couldn't hear what the hostess was saying and asked me to check in with her, which I did. Such a fun place!!! We’d never been there before and decided to give it a try. Absolutely did not disappoint!! The entertainment was top notch, and the food was just as good!! There was a mishap of a rather disgruntled guest there, and the Manager Brittany came over just to make sure we were all good. She was so nice and hooked us up with fun stuff. 10/10 place!
