The last time I will go to the Arby's at the Albertville location I have had so many bad experiences but I thought I would give it one more try since they were giving me $5 off of my entire order I placed a mobile order when I got there the drink was wrong they weren't willing to fix it and then the drink that they give me tasted like pure carbon water My food was cold otherwise the order was right The only good thing that I can say is the girl at the window was very nice

Worst experience today. I placed a mobile order to be picked up between 11:40 and 11:50. I picked up at 11:47. My milkshake was melted and my food was cold. Wrong sauce in the bag. Doubt I’ll be back.

I went through the drive through, most arbys give as little of their products as possible, but this Arby's actually put the cheddar cheese I paid for on the sandwich. I worked fastfood a long time. I understand about quality control and bonuses. And this manager understands happy customers return, improving the product , guarantees returns. Happy people spend more money. So go to this Arby's and get happy 😁

I've eaten here the last couple Friday nights and every time it is excellent! The girl working the drive-thru is extremely friendly and does a great job she gets home a special requests perfect down to a tee!!! Thank you guys so much for doing such a good job

It was Easter Sunday and there were only 2 people working the whole place, they were amazing! It was just as fast as usual, and they were nice and smiling the whole time.

I'm not sure what happened, but another employee was mean to the girl at the drive-thru. She handed me the wrong bag, and she got yelled at. She came back to the windows with my order, and she was crying. You don't tear people down. You coach them on what went wrong so they can learn!!!!

Right now everything tastes like fish there because of the promo. The place smells like old fish grease. Wasted 17$ on food that tastes like old fish grease. How does a burger taste like fish grease?

We placed an order though the app and picked up for dine in. When we got there, it was still being made and the employees looked utterly confused at what they were doing. Then I was told they did not have the bread for the gyro... Then no apple turnover or cherry turnover that had been ordered. And no sprite. I asked for a refund for the two turnovers and was told I had to go through the app. Went through the app and got nowhere. I was directed to fill out a message and have yet to even get a response. Definitely avoid ordering from the app or you'll just lose your money.
Went thru the drive thru Sunday night bout 815 or so.Lady took my order didn't seem to nice at all had the personality of pit bull started talking on her cell and came back didn't offer any sauce or ketchup attitude stinks

Ordered through the app today and when it was marked as being "ready" we went to pick it up. There were two roast beef sandwiches on the order but upon arrival we were told they were out of roast beef. I've worked in the food industry before so I understand this happens but when we decided to wait on the order (because evidently they just had to prepare the roast beef) we were talked about unkindly behind the counter and laughed at because we decided to wait instead of getting a refund. I've been here before and had a better experience but after this I will never come back. I was told I would have to go through the app for a refund but because they said the order was ready it only led me to a phone number to the Arby's we were already at, otherwise I would have done that to make it easier for everyone. Beware of doing online orders here...

Very clean on the outside decent parking then sides clean as well a service is quick the food is good it's an older Arby's but still has a nice look on the inside very clean and maintain well. 5 out of 5 even though it's a little bit older it has maintained well
Parking: Good parking lot always seems to be playing with parking even though it's like a mid-size parking lot a very clean and well maintained
