I've always loved eating here I worked here before about 5 years ago and now work here again I love the team I work with now the manager michelle is a good woman . The food quality is better here at this location than the other location I used to work at.

Very upset with the service today at the RBC location. My coworkers and I placed an order online and when we got to the restaurant, we went to the register to pick it up. There were two people on the line making an order so we patiently waited for someone to ring us up. A worker came from the back and asked one of the ladies on the line about us (keep in mind, at this point no one has greeted us, asked if we had a pick up order, nothing) and the lady in the orange tshirt and pony tail rudely said “I don’t know who they are” without even looking up at us. My coworker and I just glanced at each other but didn’t say anything. We told the other girl that we placed an online order and just needed to pick up. She handed it to us and we got our drinks and left. I used to work in food service and it takes zero effort to greet a customer and said “are you here for a pick up order?”. It’s basic customer service. Maybe she was just having a bad day and we caught the brunt of it, not sure, but she was very rude and it will be a little bit before we return.

For all of you in this area and on a fixed income there is NOT a place you'all can go to and get the Awesome customer service and eat for under 11 Dollars for two people plus enjoy it in a very nice atmosphere. Ms Brittany and her crew are just Pure Awesomeness.
Now let me clarify the under 11 Dollars cost..... that is one drink( we both share the one drink) with two crunchy tacos and a small cheese sauce ( we also share the cheese sauce ) but the tacos are to your personal preference and likes.
I very strongly recommend this location.

Had my first date here, it was incredibly awkward and the food was meh. My girlfriend's mom came with us, it was one of the most horrific moments of my life. Decent food though.

Always a Must-Stop on Our Way to Guntersville!
Every time we head to Guntersville, we make it a point to stop at Bubba Ritos in Dodge City—and it never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Whether it's burritos, tacos, or bowls, everything we've tried has been delicious. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. It’s become a tradition for us, and we look forward to it every trip!

Jordan was super helpful. She provided exceptional service. The food was delicious.
Good food, plenty of seating, the staff, although busy, were helpful and polite. If you have small children, it is much more economical to buy the big bowls and split them up. (One will easily feed 4 small children, or one growing teen)

Great customer service very friendly and helpful the food was good I can understand being charged for guacamole but being charged just for a few small pieces of mushroom I did not know mushrooms were that Bloody expensive for being charged $2 just for about half a mushroom worth you should let the customers know that they'll be charged for it
