I should not have to argue about the fact that I called, sent an email And then stopped in because I made a purchase thru the drive thru and received half of my items. Shame on you all for making this so difficult! Maybe if you all answered the phone when I called you would have my information! There was zero wait when I came in so why should I have to go home, not have my food and then lose my valuable time fighting to be compensated for the money you didn’t deserve to have because I didn’t receive my product. Then I waste time filling an online complaint and don’t hear back! Give your money to another establishment!!!

Stopped by for breakfast, and I ordered the Breakfast Burrito, and it was thrown together and not rolled like burritos should be, and the tortilla was torn all apart. I had to take it back to the counter, and they just stood there nor offering no help, and the manager finally came to the front, and she had to make another one. Customer service needs a lot of help.

I got croissants for my kids..got myself 2 sausage biscuits... Both of mine were overcooked and hard. I had to go to work without food. I hate to give a bad review. Have been buying from there for years. Sad!!

You need to teach the young kid that works at Guntersville Burger King to respect their elders. My husband visited today around 12pm on 12/20/2024 and he was giving a drink and the top of the cup was bent to where the lid would not stay on. He politely ask for another cup and he was ignored. So he reached over the counter to get another one and a young girl starts having a attitude with him. First of all the cup should have never been given to a customer and second of all if I would have been there I would have shown you how to respect your elders. Grow up or if your that miserable you don't need to work with the public. You know who you are.
