The lady at the front. With the walker… she was rude. I watched her pour me DIET DR PEPPER because the drink machine on the floor was not working. I nevermind it and put my straw in and told her she had given me DDP. She proceeded to scream at me and tell me it was not diet and to take another drink. I proved her wrong and then gladly poured my drink out. Got what I wanted and left. Probably won’t be back.

At the drive thru my husband and I ordered 1 whopper junior combo and 2 whopper junior sandwiches. At the window just out of curiosity we asked what their heath score was because they were so dead at such a busy time. The girl told us she didn't know... after we got our food we literally pulled up and leaned over to look into the dining room and could clearly see it was an 88. Why she couldn't walk over their and read that herself is beyond me. About 5 minutes down the road we realize there are no fries in the bag. Not a great experience

I really do enjoy the food service I get at the Guntersville BK. Everyone in there is friendly and respectful. They do get very overwhelmed from the rush sometimes and may forget things but they always make it right in the end.

We came here after getting ignored at one of the new local restaurants, and wished we had just come here in the first place.

Would have been a zero if that was an option. Haven't been to a Burger King in a while so stopped for a quick meal before a meeting . Stood around inside for a while waiting to order and was totally ignored. This seems to be theme of BK's. Got tired of the lack of customer service and went down to Wendy's for a meal. BK you have lost a customer forever. Chick Fil A please hurry and get your renovations done. I miss the food and the service.
