It was busy on my visit! Seating is limited. Service good and the food was delicious! If you get a softdrink it is canned in a cooler. They will provide a plastic cup and ice!!

Came in with six and they auto charged us $1 gratuity out of the gate. This is stand up and order, seat yourself and bus your own table. Bogus charge. Lame! Then you get hit again with the standard tip screen with 15% default. Charging 75 cents for tap water is not nice. Portions were wimpy which left us underwhelmed overall. Keep your menu but don’t leave your customs disappointed.

The Club sandwich was delicious. We had them put it on the grill and heat it up so the cheese would melt! Side salad was very fresh and the cookies (also heated) were very yummy.

The 3 cheese bacon was wonderful. I highly recommend this establishment.
Ate here again on Thursday September 19, 2024. The staff was very friendly as always. The food was delicious. We brought a friend who is visiting and she said we have to come here again before I leave.

DO NOT WORK HERE!!! The restaurant business is like none other. Restaurants are the only businesses that will work someone even though that person isn't clocked in. I worked here for one day without pay. The owner expected me to keep working for free day after day until she decided if I was worthy enough for her little $9 an hour job. I don't work for free. First of all I want to get paid for the time I'm putting in, and second, it's illegal. When I asked the owner if she was going to pay me and how she was going to pay me, she emailed me paperwork so I had to go to the library and print out my own paperwork. I mailed in the paperwork because I don't want to see this owner ever again. I have emailed her and asked her if she plans on paying me for the day I worked and she said her accountant has my check. Okay? Why does your accountant have it? Why is it not with you so I can come get it? Why is it not in the mail on the way to my house if I can't come get it and why am I not allowed to come get it? Why am I not being paid on the same day as your employees? I'm sure many people have had great experiences with this business owner but I did not and I'm just putting awareness out there. Do not work for free. You can find a job that will value you enough to clock you in on your first day and most places in Marshall county pay more than this lady pays anyway. When I decided to no longer work for this owner I asked when I would get paid and she said "This is not McDonald's so you don't get paid on the same day". I don't think McDonald's pays daily but I do know they pay more so I wish I had got a job at McDonald's and not this Cafe ???. Everyone have a great day and don't work for free!!
Such great, fresh food and sweet employees

I'm giving the service one star. They made a mistake with my lunch order and, when I brought it up, they refused to fix it.

I was thrilled to find this restaurant in downtown Guntersville serving healthy food. The veggie wrap and mandarin orange side salad I had were extremely fresh and tasty. You walk up to the counter and order and they give you a number so they can bring it to you. Nice folks. I will definitely go back.

Adorable cafe inside a nice gift shop (Bakers on Main). I came here last week for a late lunch after working in Guntersville. Although they were less than an hour out from closing, the friendly staff was still more than willing to serve me something tasty! They have your typical southern cafe type foods (salads, simple sandwiches, pimento cheese, nice desserts) and some creative specials. There's a nice patio out front as well as indoor seating with nice views of downtown. And of course, there are plenty of nice gifts to browse while you wait for your food to come out.I ordered a strawberry citrus salad and an iced brownie for dessert later. I really wanted to grab some strawberry pretzel salad out of the cooler, but sadly the lady in front of me in line ordered the last three pieces. Sad :(The drinks are self-serve but the employees brought my food out to me. I was super hot from a long day of being outside, so I really enjoyed their sweet tea! It was very refreshing. My salad was very yummy! I got it with a vinaigrette that was bright, punchy, and was a perfect match to the sweet and sour fruits in the salad. Two large multigrain crackers added some yummy crunch. There was one piece of orange that tasted a little off and a few bites heavy on the crumbled feta, but overall I really enjoyed the salad and would order it again. I also liked that you could order it in a small or large portion. Husband and I also enjoyed the iced brownie for dessert later that evening.I look forward to coming in again sometime when I'm in Guntersville!

I attended a birthday party with at least seventy-five guests in the back room of Cafe 336. The room was large enough for guests, food tables, gift tables, and high-top tables, plue an area for the entertainment. An outside cater was used, so unable to rate the food and service of the Cafe.
