I don't leave reviews often, but was very disappointed. I was so looking forward to trying your food. The menu looked great. The Google directions are not correct as you have to walk a good distance to the other side of the courthouse to get to the entrance (and parking is not easy on any side). I had to ask directions from someone on the street to find the entrance. Also, please update your hours to say when you stop cooking and start serving lunch. At 10:45 I couldn't get a sandwich but lunch wasn't going to be ready until 11:15.

More expensive than fast food burger combos. I've had better burgers, and the Philly cheesesteak was greasy.
This was my first time at Char Burger. The menu needs to be updated. They have items on the menu that they no longer serve. I asked for the French toast platter and was told that they don't serve French toast. So then I asked for the pancake platter. Was told they don't have pancakes. The portions are small for the price I paid. I ended up getting the Biscuits and gravy w/bacon, 2 kids breakfasts and a breakfast burrito for a grand total of $30.82. The burrito was on the small side for a $7.00 burrito. The Biscuits and gravy w/bacon was a smaller portion than what it used to be. Was not worth the trip or the hype that I read up on this place. Will not be returning any time soon

I've been eating at this little stop since I was maybe 8 or 9 so fast forward 30 years. I've worked here, I've learned here,made friendships and families here. Has the best food on that side of Guntersville. Still use a flat top don't smash your burger to death. Just hope you get to eat when the grill masters cooking. Ask they will tell you.

I love the mushroom swiss combo and I got the onion rings as well and they were great.
I was there about 30 minutes before they were closing. If you have ever worked in a restaurant, you know what they were doing. Cleaning everything they possibly could so they could get out of there quickly. Still, the service was great and I heard no grumbling about the rush of customers that followed me in. As for the food, I cannot remember ever having a bad meal here. Great hot bar for a meat & 3 lunch or burgers and sandwiches off the menu.

I stopped by this place since it's near Supreme Courts. The large liver meal was nice and hot and it did not disappoint.The portion size with the fries was great and kept me full for hours. When I say hours, I mean from 1:30 p until 8:30 when I left the volleyball tournament.

Top notch service at this hole in the wall. The ladies working there are so sweet and hard working. Our food was good! Chicken livers were delicious and perfectly fried. We had cheeseburgers, chicken fingers, fries and tots. All were so good! Ordered jojos thinking they were potato wedges and they were not. They were sliced fried potato rounds. Still good. Just unexpected.
