My main part of my order was a bacon, egg & cheese biscuit. I waited almost 20 minutes in the drive-thru. When I finally got to my destination to eat my breakfast, it was just a biscuit. There was no egg, bacon, no cheese. When I called, she said no one is perfect & we all make mistakes. I get it but a little more apology & empathy would have been nice.
Albertville AL Chick-fil-A. I’m never disappointed at this Chick-fil-A. They set the example for others to follow. Good service, good food & very clean restrooms. My mother always said you can tell how the kitchen is in a restaurant by looking at the restrooms.

I got the spicy chicken sandwich meal. The chicken was on point. Best spicy chicken I've had in 52 years. The young girl had no personality, no very engaging. She couldn't explain the difference between waffle fries and waffle chips. Either way the fries were not hot and fresh. Warm and soggy texture. But it was not raw like the first time. So I would say some improvements.
