Well, good location and easy to access with a plenty of space on the parking lot. Although, I find the place dirty than normal. It took a long time for someone came at the main entrance for me to be able to pay and get in, and I was the only one who was waiting. Food was good. Their pizzas need more options. Their bathroom needs urgently care, even our table wasn't clean very well. (Lunch time, 11/07/2025).

All but 2 tables were piled with plates, only 2 employees in the building, and 3 of the same pizza on the bar
They charged us $10 a person and two of the people were 4 years old. Macaroni and cheese pizza was absolutely crusty because it had been setting out for way too long. But overall it was a good experience the kids had fun playing in the arcade which was very much overpriced

Excellent on all accounts. nice building. hot and fresh pizza and very good/cold salads. no messes laying around. I didn't get a chance to see the restrooms but I'm sure they are as good as the rest of the experience. I have been to many Cicis and it was not good but this experience was a complete swap on the good side. contributors note : NO one can guarantee a great experience all the time but mine was very good

Nasty floors, building needs a deep cleaning. Average pizza. Salad bar dirty.
We came in close to closing and they still made sure we had the pizza we liked and that it was fresh and cheesy. Absolutely best service I have ever had and 10/10 recommend and will definitely be back.
Never enough pizza going to the bar never variety to choose from it’s always empty. You have to sit and wait for something cause it’s not out yet. All the tables are sticky and nasty and customer service is not very good. Wasted 28 bucks to not even be able to eat. Requested a refund cause we didn’t eat anything and the lady didn’t even bother giving us a refund. It’s happened multiple times. We try to give the benefit of the doubt and see if it’s a little better but it’s always the same. Will not be going back ever.

Host lady was very rude. Pizza was not cheesy and came cold. The pasta was not cooked enough. They made us wait 10 minutes and didn’t even speak. We had a Togo and couldn’t pay because no one had a manager code.
