My friend and I come here for our girls day lunch and we love that we can get personalized pizzas and fresh salads and toppings. We can sit and enjoy ourselves without feeling rushed out the door if we sit a few minutes after we eat. We appreciate the service very much. We will be coming back !
We went on a Wednesday afternoon, so not a particular busy time. The cashier was very nice, and we got through the line in a timely manner. It seemed most of the food had ran out, so we had a wait to get bread sticks, pizza and bowls but the food was good.

The games are a rip off, the food is horrible and thew staff is awful. Idk what happened to this place but it's gone straight down hill in the passed couple years. Last time we went, they only had pasta and a desert of some sort on the end of the bar. We sat for 30 mins before the bar had pizza and by the time we got up there it was almost gone because they had a restaurant full of people and we were all hungry. While we waited for the pizza we got to see the a staff goofing off in the back talking to each other, playing on phones ect ect. I only saw one to 2 people handling the ovens while 3 others stood around. It was ridiculous. Don't get me started on the games. But you know it's bad when your 7yo and 12yo come to you and say it's a rip off and they basically steal money from you. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The old man who use to work there needs to unretire and teach these folks a thing or two. Atleast when he worked there my kids loved it there and there was always food stocked on the bar. But yeah we won't be back.

Met our daughter and grandkids here at 2pm on a Tuesday. Very good pizza and salad bar. Plenty of choices. Restaurant was nice and clean with friendly service. Highly recommend, great value for a large group eating out.
I just held my daughter's 1st birthday party here and it couldn't have gone any better! Mario the manager went above and beyond making sure this was the best party ever and it was. The staff was amazing, the food was amazing, the drinks were amazing! Everything was absolutely perfect and I can't wait to come back. The buffet was constantly stocked and always fresh. I just wanna say a big thank you to Mario and the staff for making this Momma proud to have a Cici's in our area and for making this party one we'll never forget!

We ordered special pizzas for the buffet and the employees made them with no issues. They even had one of my old favorites that I haven't had in ages (bacon, chicken, ranch). When we were finished eating we enjoyed a friendly game of air hockey on the coolest air hockey table I'd ever seen. We will be going back.

Showed up 2 hours before closing. 3-4 large families in restaurant. Maybe a total of 10 slices on the buffet and they were dried out from the heat lamp. $36(ish) dollar tab on 3 buffets, 1 drink, 2 waters. Doubt I ever return.
