Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Take the tough peelings off the apples. It ruins the apple pie when you have rubber textured tough peelings. Make sure all Thanksgiving and Christmas items that are in the tent to Stay frozen. Food was sweating that got picked up. KEEP FROZEN until customer picks it up frozen.

Service was nice and friendly. The food was really bad. The sodas ( Dr Pepper ) was flat and different colors. The dumplings was just slop mushy one big pile of slop with little to zero dumpling pieces. The food over all was just really disappointing and sucks we still paid for everything but didn’t even touch it. Just left a funeral and wanted that home cooked feeling of crackle barrel.

Amazing as always!! Our server Alison was very attentive and the food was hot and fresh. We love coming to this location and it is always a blessing to see the manager kreasha. She has never failed to recognize us and makes us feel at home in the 7 years we have been coming

Everything was ok except the service. The food was not as good as previous visits, but it was just ok. The service, however, was horrible. We sat there at least 30 minutes after being seated without even being acknowledged. Then when our drink order was finally taken it was another 20 minutes before we received them. We were told the waitress was new and I can understand that, but I don't think she had been trained well enough to be working on her own just yet. The restaurant wasn't crowded at this time and other customers around were being waited on promptly. I know new employees have to be trained, but I don't think they should be rushed to working on their own if they are not able to properly take care of customers.

We had a wonderful server, Carla. She was super attentive even with several other tables. She made sure we were well taken care of. She has such an upbeat attitude and even gifted our little girl an ornament❤️ precious! She definitely needs some recognition

We stopped in on our way back to Gadsden from Huntsville. We usually stop here at one of the other Guntersville restaurants on these trips. Our server, Abby, was fantastic. She was very friendly, made sure we were happy with our food and kept our coffee cups filled.

The store was very busy on Sunday about 1 PM when I visited. Staff was calm, professional & handled the crowd efficiently. Our food was delicious. The items we bought in the store were priced well.

My husband and I had a nice dinner at Cracker Barrel tonight. Our server, Aly, was amazing, attentive, and funny. The food was great and delivered timely. It felt more like Cracker Barrel pre-Covid. We even got bread BEFORE our food came just like old times. Keep it up! Well done y’all.

Out of pot roast and bake chicken and then order dumplings and did not get them.

I was was very disappointed this evening with our service. our group was sat at 06:10 pm and we didn't see a server for 20- 30 minutes. Other than biscuits and muffins, we didn't see any food for over an hour. I do not believe that it was out waitress' fault but possibly management as it seemed like she didn't even know we were her table. The manager was less than helpful and somewhat dismissive. This was on the evening of 19 September. We have had great service for breakfast in the past. First time to eat dinner there and most likely the last.
