Crawmama’s was the perfect end to our day in Guntersville. The atmosphere, hospitality, Food was hot, and the entrees were timed perfectly to arrive after we finished our appetizer. Hadley looked after us, making sure we had what we wanted without hovering. It was a great experience.

Waitress was amazing. Atmosphere was fun. Food had no flavor. Don’t go there hungry because you will still leave hungry. We ordered the shrimp boil. Smallest portions I’ve ever seen. 8 shrimp 1 potato and 1 corn. We spent over 200 dollars for my son’s birthday. And we had to stop and eat after we left.

Came in Saturday night after being a little letdown with Top of the River the night before. As soon as we were seated we knew this place had the vibes. I had a dozen oysters and a pound of Royal Red Shrimp. It was all amazing. Everything came quickly. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the crab claws. $42.99 a pound I believe, and I was expecting whole crab claws with butter, but we got some kind of hald crab claws with tendon meat bettered and fried. That's on me for assuming though. We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Guntersville.

It's always amazing here the food is of the highest quality and the ambiance is perfect. I've never had a bad experience here before and the owner is always so great to be around. I think everyone should go try this place.

Has great potential however updating food quality is vital to stay in business, my brothers and I arrived at opening on Friday night and were immediately seated only to wait around 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us, we ordered over $180 of seafood and not one single item except the potato in the bottom of my crab bucket was even warm or good, cold mushy $60 Dungenouss crab was served to me, my brothers were served lukewarm rubbery shrimp and bland fish that was supposed to be grilled but obviously steamed or boiled and seasoned with red flakes , absolutely no flavor and dried out, my conecuh sausage was boiled and sliced in a bowl and mushy, again great set up and potential but food was far from good status, cashier wasn't even capable of adding two checks together and gave me incorrect change , server was obviously older but very slow to detail and slow to null on refills.

We all loved it! The food was fantastic and all the servers were great. Crawmama took the time to come to the table and introduce herself and talk for a few minutes which was a highlight for us, if I lived here I'd be a regular. Hope to be back soon.

We came to eat there because we hear a lot of good things about this place. So we decided to give it a try the food was ok lacked flavor and not hot when brought to table. The worst part is the service the woman took 25 minutes to take our drink order and that’s after my wife got up and Tryed to leave got there attention. The reason the woman said is because the news station came by today and it’s been crazy . That doesn’t matter when you come and spend over 100 dollars on food you expect to have great service. This is one of the worst food experiences we have ever had and we not be back.
