Just went by and ordered a combo with onion rings. Only 4 onion rings in the order and it was 3.59! Called them and they said that’s all that comes in an order. This place is a joke. Never again …

I have always loved JJs burgers but I will not be going back. I ordered onion rings today, as I have every time I have ever eaten there, my favorite! This time, they were not the same rings and I only got 4 rings that didn't even fill up the bag and it was almost $4. When I asked for my money back, she gipped me $1. She said this is a 3/5% credit card usage fee. NEVER AGAIN. why should we pay extra to pay with a card instead of cash?
I had a cheeseburger and a drink. There were 2 cars in front of me and I was in line about 15 minutes before it was my turn to order. Once I ordered, I received my food within 7 or 8 minutes, so didn't have to wait nearly as long as some other reviewers. The lady who took my order was very nice. The cheeseburger was very juicy and the toppings were fresh. It wasn't horrible by any means, it just seemed so bland, really only tasted the onion. The meat needed seasoning, even just salt and pepper would have gone a long way. I ended up throwing it away after a couple bites. Maybe they just forgot to season mine and you'll have better luck if decide to try it out.

I was told this place was a must have fromsomeone who grew up in town. Unfortunately it didn’t live up to expectations. I tried to come twice and both times it should have been open but wasn’t. Third time it took a long time to get the food and it wasn’t all that good. Maybe it lost its touch over time.
