Food was good as normal. The teen agers there working seem to half way know what they are doing. I ask about the price of my food, she looked at me like she was crazy and shrugged her shoulders! Thankfully another young lady came over and helped me!

My father-in-law will be 97 soon and he meets at G’ville Jack’s in the AM with a bunch of other guys. When the employees see us come in - they know his order have it ready! They’re AWESOME!! Thanks Jeremiah, Hunter and the kitchen staff who always have a smile and wave!

I usually do not use this Jacks, so hopefully, this was a one-time occurrence. It literally took over 20 minutes to get my food through the drive-through. 10 minutes from the time I paid, I received my order. No apologies. I also saw someone who seemed to be in a managerial position being very rude to whomever she was speaking to at the register in the restaurant. From the conversation, she may have actually been speaking to another employee.
