Love the food, and the cashier was nice.
But I just had to pass. I just wanted a breast meal, and I'm OK with paying extra, but when she started ringing it up, the manager just upsold everything and walked off. My $8 meal went up to $15 meal. Said that is off a little, and the cashier said well that is how she manager rang it up.
Was pointless to try, so I just left. For that price, we can just go down the street and get a set down meal.
I can see why this parking lot is not as full as it used to be. Was empty when I pulled in. 😞

Had a great lunch here today.
We arrived before the traditional lunchtime rush but they had plenty of chicken ready to go. Our order literally came out in minutes! The staff were very friendly and seemed happy to be there.
Sweet Lightning is always the best reason to come to KFC and the fountain at this location was dispensing that liquid gold in perfect ratio.
Many KFCs here in Alabama are run poorly. Not this one. Fantastic all around.

Hands down best kfc in Marshall county the manager and assistant manager are so amazing they go above and beyond to serve you and every employee is always so positive and polite you don’t get that much nowadays the food was fresh and hot dining room and bathrooms clean best customer service I’ve ever gotten

I ordered a bucket 30 mins ahead of time on the app and the app said my food was ready but when I got there they hadn't even started making it yet and was short of the chicken I ordered
