Always fast when order ahead and use the portal to pick up. Even when running in the use the portal they still greet me and ask if I need anything else!
The husband and I got a pepperoni pizza and an order of the crazy puffs. Pretty good
Great drive thru service! Pizzas are always ready

Ordered my pizza online. Arrived on time to pick up pepperoni pizza only to discover it was not in the portal. I received an email to ask the attendant. I asked and showed her the message. She turned and pulled one from their stock. I reminded her that I ordered a pepperoni, and she acknowledged that's what I was receiving. Upon arriving back home, I opened the box only to discover a cold cheese pizza. It was time for the football game, so I could not make the 8 mile trip again. So we decided to eat the pizza anyway. The pizza left an aftertaste in our mouth, and part of the greasy pizza was stuck to the box. This will be the last time I order from Little Ceasars. Yuck, upset stomach all night.

Customer service is usually ok. I just wanted to warn anyone, who expected the stuffed crust to be halfway decent.
It's now awful. It has that gross cardboard crust like the rest of them, and there's barely any cheese in the crust.
At least dominos will offer to remake your pizza or really offer anything. I think dude just wanted to go home, he was like it's fine. That's how it's supposed to be. I had it last week, and it was completely different so I'm guessing that's just the new recipe.
It's one thing when you expect something to be bad, but no one expects cardboard surprise.

I think they switched to frozen crust and on top of that our pizzas were old like they had been sitting in the warmers for hours :/ the crust was hard as a rock. Just do yourself a favor and spring the extra $10 for Dominos or Papa John’s

I typically grab a bite from here whenever I’m next door and have had a decent experience up until today. I opened my purse right outside the door and my keys had fallen out onto the ground, the same time an older man in a green pickup truck pulled in. I was falsely accused of picking up money (when I was retrieving my keys) from said man and was being interrogated by an older woman (both possible managers?). I asked her to review the footage but then they began to decline and dismiss it. The young cashier was polite, but this encounter was distasteful.

The hubby and I went to get a hot and ready pizza at 7 ish. The cashier was friendly, but the pizza was horrible. Looked and tasted like it had been in the 'Hot and Ready' warming unit for at least half of the day. The crust was excessively greasy and had very little sauce on it. Definitely will not be returning to this franchise. I would rather drive to Huntsville, which is about 45 minutes away, than have to go through this experience again. Definitely not impressed.
