I’ve eaten here several times. If you eat inside the score is like 3/5, but if you get take away it’s like 1.5/5. The chicken breading gets extremely soggy and very quickly. The chicken looks to be dark meat, but it’s almost always really chewy or dry. The one think I do recommend is the noodles. Amazing. But the fried rice tastes over done and mushy. It’s a little disappointing because the New China in fort Payne is like legendary but this New China is sub par. The people are generally nice though. Maybe slightly rushed in the phone if you do a pick up order.

I would give negative stars if it were possible. This restaurant has lost me as a customer. I will never give them another single cent of my money ever again. The last order was like they took gristle, left over chicken bits and fat and deep fried it to serve to me! I took a bite and heard this loud, disgusting "pop"! I spit it out immediately before I got sick! I ended up having to cook something else for dinner that night. On top of that....These people are rude, they have horrible customer service skills and their level of disrespect for other people is obvious. I do NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone. NEVER AGAIN.

The place use to be the absolute best... however in the last 10 years it's gone down hill bad. Last time I ate here. They were rude, didn't seem to enjoy what they were doing at all, and the food was mediocre at best. They've run this thing until I think they just got tired of it. Now it's just another failed chinese joint in an area that desperately needs good quality Chinese food as we are seriously lacking that here in Marshall County.
