The view is breathtaking, but the food was disappointing. We had the Lodge Burger w/onion rings and Herb marinated chicken breast w/mash potatoes and green beans. The burger was just an average burger. The onion rings tasted like they were fried in old oil. The chicken breast was dry and lacked flavor and the sides lacked flavor as well.

Love this place! The view from the restaurant is beautiful! The Christmas decor in the lodge was so warm and inviting. Delicious food with an unbeatable atmosphere and great service.

The place is beautiful. Relaxing. Step back into another time. The buffet looked good but we had catfish. It was well cooked and served pipping hot. Cocktails from the bar were good quality. Top shelf. View is amazing so get there before sunset. There was a cozy bar with billards. Several locals were hanging out. We even enjoyed a game of checkers in the lounge. Watch for the many deer on the mountain road. We are staying in campground and will eat there again. The staff are...
