I usually come to eat here a good bit and it's always amazing but this last time a group of my friends and I went we had the worst service. Our waitress, who didn't even tell us her name, we only saw her twice. When she took our order and brought us food, never stopped to check on us and then brought us our check and presumed to get hateful towards me after I told her I needed to place a to go order. When I got home my order was wrong there were vegetables when I said no vegetables and she gave me plain white rice with my food, who does that? Needless to say wasn't the best experience with service like that.

The food was great but we were treated like trash there. The waitress slammed our menus down and demanded we order right now because the kitchen closed in five minutes. We looked online we had another 30 left before they closed. Ten minutes after we get out soup slammed on the table to the point she spilled some. Then a party grill started up not long after. Though the kitchen was closed ? Then not five minutes after we got our food she sat our bill down and laid her finger on it and said “pay “. And wouldn’t leave. At this point I’m upset and I say can we get a minute ?? And she walks away. And could hear her talking and pointing at us. One of the worst servers I’ve ever had

My kids and I came in on a Sunday night and were sat pretty quickly eve ln though they were busy. We ordered and got our food fast. We got sweet potato rolls and Boston rolls and both were very good. We just moved to the area and this will definitely be a favorite for us.

My family and I have ate at Sakura several times over the years. We have sat at both the hibachi and regular tables and every time have had wonderful service. My wife and son love the sushi so they typically get a sushi roll or two to share along with the hibachi for two. I typically get the hibachi filet mignon, chicken, and shrimp with double rice and no noodles. That's just my preference. The food is always cooked to temp and has a wonderful flavor. Sitting at the hibachi is always fun for the kids, especially if you get a chef that really likes to interact with the people sitting at the table. The lighting in the restaurant is not blinding so it makes dinner seem more relaxing and welcoming. They also sing "Happy Birthday" and give you ice cream if you are celebrating a birthday. There is almost always a wait so be prepared, especially if you want to sit at the hibachi.

Food was excellent! I had the Sushi & Sashimi lunch combo and it was great. Plenty of food plus soup & salad for $25.50. Good deal for all that food. I did feel a little rushed by the server though, but that could have been because I got there about 30 mins before their lunch service stopped.

I thought the food was exceptional and the service was awesome. Very clean and great atmosphere. Childern really have a great time, much more so than your average restaurant.

The food has gone down in quality just a little as most places around here have. It's still one of the better places to eat.

Hands down best sushi in the area. Theu use a good miso for the soup. Service is amazing, and the atmosphere is what you want in an Asian restaurant. Highly recommend.

Great food!! It's always hot and delicious. The hibachi dinners are very large portions which can make 2 or 3 meals. Been going here for years.

Food is always good and the place looks nice, but service is always rough. My boyfriend pointed at something on the menu and the waitress said that they didn't do that and argued about it. I asked for the Chicken Tempura plate that's $9.50, but she put the Full dinner plate that was $17.95. She gave off a bad attitude the whole time.
