Upon entering at 8:20 PM staff members were sitting at a table in the dining area. Staff did not seem welcoming or open to take our order. Staff then mumbles “well i guess come in” While assembling our sandwiches they were squished and thrown down on the counter. As we were paying another family enters the establishment and is told unless they have an online order they were closing the doors because they were ready to close for the night. This is unacceptable behavior for staff and looks incredibly unprofessional for the establishment.

I have given this place multiple chances, but never again. I've worked at multiple subways, so I know how they're SUPPOSED to be trained. Each time I've gone, different person each time, they made the sandwich by slapping the meat down in the center, not in the top of bottom bun, and then slap the veggies on top of the meat. Everything in the center. So when it's folded it's just a clump of meat in the center and vegetables spilling out. You don't have to be a genius or a previous employee to know that the meat goes on one side, and the vegetables in the other. That way, when it's folded everything is evenly distributed. The last time I was there I requested they make my sandwich the right way and they looked at me like I was crazy. Rude and lacking common sense. It's a sandwich ladies, not rocket science.

Do not order from this subway! I placed an online order my sandwich was a mess I asked for light mayo and mustard as you can see there's nothing light about it. The Churo was disgusting it had a strange aftertaste and no cinnamon or sugar and the lady working thought she gave my order to someone else and called and asked that we swap! Seriously swap after we both left. I honestly just don't even know how you could mess up a sandwich so bad

Great place to eat and the girls working there are super nice! It is definitely nice to have good service and good food. It’s hard to get both now days so great work subway girls! They could sure use a raise for their awesome job!

If I could give this place zero stars right now I would. I’ve eaten at this location quite a few times and it’s usually clean. Nothing special but not bad. Lately tho they have hired this girl who is going to run this place into the ground with her attitude and horrible customer service. When my husband and I walked in there were maybe 2 or 3 other customers in line.. immediately she said “oh great more people” we ignored it and got in line. She was rude to the other customers in line as well as us.. eye rolling, huffing and puffing, slamming stuff down, bad attitude, and speaking to customers very rudely. I ended up walking out of subway because of this girl. I didn’t catch her name but it was a girl with dark hair and a boys hair cut, petite sized.

Sat. Sept. 2nd was my first time visiting this location & the experience was horrific. My wife/daughter placed their order & I placed my order afterward. I ordered some add-on portion of rotisserie chicken as I've done for many of years at other franchised locations (Only Meat). The 2 staff members (supervisor/employee) were rude & combative & stated they would get fired if the owner discovered they honored my request. As a result, they stated my order should be placed differently to satisfy the owner. I declined.

Unfortunately I feel really bad for the workers their productivity levels and profits make it hard to keep workers there. They really do work hard and they've always been nice when I'm there but I barely go in there because I just feel bad honestly. They look so stressed out & overworked I don't wanna come in and add onto their struggle. I've worked at subway before so I know the struggle

Does not accept any coupons of any kind. The employee explained to me that the owner says if coupons are accepted then they would reduce the meats on the sandwiches. So she asked which I would prefer… using coupons for a little off the price or reducing the meat portion they put on your sandwich.
