4 cars in the drive through does not constitute making your 1 single in house customer any less important. No one would take my order, and once I placed it myself you spent over 20 minutes clearing your drive thru while I sat abd was ignored. I finally gave up, and have now gone home without any food. Your drive thru is not the end all be all of importance. If you do not care about making order for people who are trying to take it to go or eat in house, then why is the inside of the store open at all? 20 minutes is outstandlingly bad service. Glad 4 cars in a line shuts down the whole operation

My wife and I went to the Guntersville location because the Albertville location was closed due to the remodel. My wife asked for the $7.00 box that she gets in Albertville, but they charge $8.99 for the same box. This is a rip-off. I got the Bean burrito, add beef, and it was terrible and did not have enough ingredients on the burrito. It all starts with management, and they need to take a look at that. We will be glad when the Albertville Location opens back up. We will not use the Guntersville location again.

They don’t make your tacos right, items inside aren’t enough for what it’s priced. I’m only complaining cause I was hungry and couldn’t eat my Taco Bell at home cause the shell was too hard and only 1 piece of steak and no sauce.

I’m not sure how to give a .25 star but that would be a stretch sure hope to Taco Bell and Albertville opens back up. By far the worst manager I’ve ever spoke with by far the last food I’ve ever paid for worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. It should be shut down.
Still a pretty great taco. But sure are getting pricey!

I spoke my order very clearly through the drive through speaker, the young lady at the window did not take the order correctly. When I attempted to correct them at the window, i was told by the manager that they do not add things at the window, and I would need to pull back around and reorder so as to save their drive time. This is horrendous service, and you need to put your competent employees on the window to take the orders rather than the new people who do not know what they are doing. I am a regular customer at this location and have never been treated this poorly. This was sunday march sixteenth, 2025 at 250 pm
Spent reasonable amount of money. Specifically ordered MILD sauce. Didn't recieve a single MILD sauce. Not even one. I called and was told that the local grocery store sells taco bell MILD sauce.
Not only that, but my chicken chalupas didn't have any tomatoes on them like ordered.

Vegetarian options: The grilled stuffed burritos are great ,and of course ,the chicken quesaidilla. The new freezes are delicious and they brought back the empandas!!!!!
