Good place to eat. The menu is easy on the wallet, and the food is excellent. We came in with a large group in the evening, and the staff handled it in a professional and timely manner. Would recommend.

Visited this waffle house almost 2 years ago. Absolutely terrible customer service..plain ignorance and racism towards my friends. The waitresses and the manager completely ignored us for 20 minutes before anything was said..then we waited another 15 minutes for the manager to take an order from us.. when approached, she started giving my friend attitude...we all remained calm and decided to leave..as we was outside talking to fellow customers. The manager called the police , stating she felt threatened by us.

We sat at the booth and enjoyed Lexy, our very friendly and personable waitress. She was knowledgeable, patient and observant. The food was delicious and made to order. This Waffle House understands its customers wants and needs and works very hard to fulfill them. The place was clean and well-organized.

The staff were personal. Had 4 kiddos and 3 adults. The grill cook helped suggest a choice for the picky 4 yr old. But dang it was expensive. Like life is now.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! This was absolutely MIND BLOWING. I went in with my friend at around 1 am. When I walked in, there was 2 waitresses & 2 cooks. I was NEVER greeted or acknowledged at all. EVERY. SINGLE. Table in the restaurant was full of plates and food… which would be fine but I stood there and waited for 40 minutes and was never even acknowledged!! Mind you, there was only ONE COUPLE sitting down to eat. The rest of the tables were empty.. after 40 minutes of waiting and watching both the waitresses just stand around on their phones IGNORING ME, I finally said “excuse me, can somebody please clean off a table for us to sit down at?” They looked at me and laughed! And ignored me completely. Then, one of the waitresses started talking about me asking for a table to be cleaned to the couple that was sitting down, saying I could clean it myself! And I DID HAVE TO CLEAN OFF A TABLE MYSELF!!!! after I cleaned off the plates and food and wiped the table down, I sat down and waited to be served. Me and my friend sat there for 25 more minutes while both the waitresses completely ignored us and NEVER took our order or even spoke to us! I am absolutely APPALLED by this experience. Never in my life have I had such an insane and disgustingly rude customer service!!! The manager should be absolutely ashamed…. Also here are a few photos for reference… taken AFTER I waited 45 minutes and cleaned off my own damn table….
