The lady handing out the order just seemed miserable. If you work with customers you should honestly greet everyone with a smile because you want customers coming back not customers feeling like a inconvenience

Well, the food was good. Online order. The app was a pain because we had an old credit card and had to update it. Couldn’t get it to stop going back to the old card. Finally got it through. When we got to give the order we told her we had an online order and it was silent for ever so we drove around. Then they handed out our food. We got a Cobb salad, two nuggets and two large chili. They hande d us the wrong bag and we got someone’s chicken sandwich. We went in. The manager was nice and made everything right and let us have the sandwich (but we are trying to eat low carb) Anyway, he made it right but our ordering ahead didn’t help.

Stood in line for 10 minutes as the order taker attempted to enter the order of the party of two before me. After eight minutes of struggling she finally called her lead over. After all of that she then started a conversation with the couple. At the ten minute mark I just turned and walked out without ordering. Your competitor up the street thanks you.
Super friendly staff. Food (spicy chicken sandwich combo) was really good: hot, fresh, great flavor. Store was immaculate. 100% would go back.

I came in without much money. I figured I would just get me a burger. I was very pleasantly surprised to find the $5 Biggie Meal! I got a burger, fries, 4 pc chicken nuggets and a drink for less than $6 out the door!! The food was delicious, the service was Excellent, the place is very clean! They now have a customer that will go out of my way to eat Wendy’s every chance I get!
