And if you try to call when you get home to let them know of a mistake, you’ll get an automated response to leave your name and number. And if you go back a couple days later they’ll ask who you talked to when you called. So check your food carefully before leaving especially if it’s a mobile order

My fiance went through the drive thru and got us food from Wendy's in Guntersville and we live in Arab. I discovered a long strand of hair in with my fries. I'm disgusted at this point and I called and asked for a manager and he told me that he was indeed a manager. I explained my issue and he was quickly cutting me off and being a bit dismissive. I tried more than once to explain why I was complaining and he still wasn't listening. I began to get more upset and then he hung up on me.

This is a great place to stop at anytime.i have rarely Seen it busy and the service is always fast.Tje Parking lot is easily Accessible and always clean.The Dining area is nice and always clean as well.The staff here are always friendly and Are very nice. I give it a 5 out of 5.Parking: Lots of spots always.

Every time i go through guntersville wendy's drive thru it’s an issue,employees have smart mouths and poor customer service skills. the food is ALWAYS undercooked or burned slap up. it’s sickening. I got a 4 piece nugget,how do you mess up this badly? i would NEVER send this out to anyone. one was half eaten too.
I got the Baconator Fries, which I had never had before.They were served really fast and were very good.The staff was very nice and courteous. The bathroom was clean.Check them out today

My hamburger was extremely cold , and the patty tasted like it was leftover from last night , the cheese was hard as a rock and had turned dark in color. I took two bites and I was done. There were probably fresher hamburgers in the dumpster. The only thing that was edible was the ketchup for my cold fries. It wasn't even 11:30 am , so they had to cook this way before and just let it sit or it was a leftover from the day before . I never want to eat at Wendy's , but I was talked into it. It was the worst meal I have ever eaten.
