Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I’m hate to be this person,
I came in at 9:24pm on June 20th Friday I walked great costumer service love it. I order a number #1 big zax snack meal, my fries were cold like if they have been sitting for a good bit and my tenders I was hoping for fresh cooked tenders no hard tenders that look like they been dipped again I do not appreciate receiving cold food and I drove from Boaz and I’m sorry but that is unacceptable why will you give food like that out to the customers

Good food.

Restaurant inside service was closed at 8P.M. but posted closing at 9 P.M. This is not COVID 19 so why closed so early.

Very small wings, they looked like they came off of a Cornish hen. Over priced, $15 for 10 very small wings.

Took too long to get to order. Also they forgot items I ordered. Not great

The quality of the meal tonight may be the worst I've eaten since they opened in Guntersville. I have never, I mean Nev-A, left food on a plate when eating here. But tonight I did. The quality of the chicken was rubbery; the fries were cold & over salted. It was bad. Boaz store hands down has the better food quality.
UPDATE: They evidently read some reviews because the turnaround is acknowledged. Food is like it was when they opened in 2001ish. Much better! A+

Asked for extra cheese on salad, charged for extra cheese, cheese was removed instead.

My only complaint is that the employees need to learn how to make toast. Warm bread is not toast

I got a grilled chicken salad. The greens were soft, not fresh, as well as the tomatoes were wilted This was my first time eating at a zaxbys and my last . Also, serve toast with the salad, no crackers, or croutons .

The new fried shrimp were not that great and the sauce that came with them wasn't all that either. Also the the ice dispenser on the drinks machine kept getting stuck and customers couldn't get a beverage..

Chicken tenders keep getting smaller. We had 2 in a 20-piece family meal that were nugget-size.
