Ok I'm not a complainer. I kept a positive tone when I was here a few weeks back and the drive thru was closed and two people were working the whole restaurant and it took forever to get my food. I actually felt sorry for the two por souls having to do it all. I go thru the drive thru tonight and order exactly the same thing I've ordered before. Chicken on the bone and then I wanted to add 2 popcorn shrimp orders. I was told...Sorry we cannot sell you the shrimp separately you have to buy a combo with chicken tenders. I don't even like their tenders. I said kindIy to the lady working ng drive theu..i just did this less than two weeks ago. I was told this menu policy just changed. Have to buy two combos with tenders....yeah I ain't doing that. These places never learn. I told them to pass along this will cost you business. Guess I gotta find another nearby go to place. Get your act together....

I can't even give them a proper review considering they were not open at 10. We were there 5 minutes after they should have been open and got no answer at the drive thru, plus I witnessed others try to enter the store and also use the drive thru but they received no service. Maybe consider changing your open time if your employees can't open the store at the right time.

This has to be THE worst pop eyes in America or Alabama for that fact, tried to purchase a meal from there a month ago, they said the fryer was Broken, came back a month later the fryer is STILL broke, honestly how do they stay in business ?, this isn't the first time they didn't have something on the Menu, they need to get their act together or shut down.

Got refused service 30 minutes before they closed, waited at the speaker for 10 minutes for them to say they are closed and didn’t know how to cook the food for an uber eats order that was supposed to be done 1 hour before I came for it. Should fire the rude night shift manager.

I had bones in my chicken sandwich. Legit. It was a chicken thigh on a bun with pickles and mayo. I was disgusted. I could have died. Glad it wasn't my kid. New fear unlocked guys. I'm 40 and this had never crossed my mind as being possible. Yall telling me that was the sandwich you stood in line for? Not worth it.

Just blew 23$ just to be told there's no sauce besides ketchup the breading tasted off and out of Cajun rice if yall dont have half of the things you're supposed to have THEN DONT OPEN its already overpriced and then to top it off we cant even get half of the order we payed for its tragic used to not be as bad but I promise this bs aint getting another penny from me. And the lobby and tables were dirty as hell

I've always enjoyed stopping here on my way to Huntsville, but this particular day was disappointing. Seemed understaffed and oncoordinated. Food was fresh as it had to be cooked for my lunch partner. Lobby is freezing. Bathroom is always clean. As I said, usually a great experience, but everybody has an off day every now and then.

Made an order with the app, turns out the store was closed. Couldn’t cancel the order via the app because it said the store was working on my order and couldn’t be canceled. So I drove up to the window, the absolutely rude woman that answered said they were closed and the order is handled through a third party company and they couldn’t do anything about it.

The app won’t let me cancel it. The rudeness was completely unnecessary. Won’t ever come back here.
