The persons audio taking my ordered the drive was very poor but did get better. The. They spoke so fast I couldn’t u understand them even after a few requests to slow down. The food was not hot. I’ve had better experiences I am sorry to say.

Stopped by this past Saturday (10/5/24) at 11:06 AM for 4 piece spicy chicken. Specifically asked for one to be breast. When I got order I asked again if there was a breast and was assured there was. Since this was a takeout, I took the young man’s word there was. Needless to say there was not. Two chicken wings and two very small thighs. Not only that, the food was so old and completely dried out! My wife and I was splitting this meal and I only eat white meat. Too far to drive back or I would have. Since I had asked twice for the breast, I should have received that or told it would be a wait to cook it if they didn’t have any. I also sent a message to corporate if that does any good.

We paid nearly $24 for 8-pieces of chicken and 3 were wings. I love Popeyes but feel like their prices were way too much for the chicken. I'm not going back!
I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the chicken was soggy and the sandwich was just okay. The order was wrong the first time. I went back it was still wrong. The manager was very nice though. But soggy chicken with no spice....is a no go. I ordered Spicy both times and it was not good.
Got ignored for 20 minutes as they kept their back to us, served another man before us and then kept us waiting. The lady with short black hair was smart attitude and then ignored us further and took a drive through order

Food was great, just slow service but I didn't mind because rather have my chicken done than raw
At least on my visit, staff were friendly. Food was fresh and came out in a reasonable amount of time. Was concerned by the 1.3 stars on apple maps
