Got a tasty chopped salad, but it would have been a lot better had onions and bell peppers been available.

I have always been pleased with my sub from this location. Probably the best place in Gurley to eat.

Easily some of the most ignorant employees I’ve ever met. The guy behind the counter proceeded to complain about having to do his job. Huffing and puffing anytime someone walked in. Couldn’t even got a full sentence out before he started interrupting me. Quite literally the worst subway I’ve ever been too.

Very much not happy with the way the little boy working today 5/18/23 around 2:45pm rolled his eyes and mumbled something under his breath as me and my son walked in. I asked him what was said and he of course said nothing. Then said he was just angry he had made a sub 35 minutes ago and still hadn't eaten it. There was a whopping one person inside. He was not busy. But none the less. Very very rude!! I left to allow him to eat his sub he was clearly too busy to tackle and let him know somebody else could have our money. But definitely needs to be taught better customer service.
Wonderful place to eat, although the young lady was all by herself, she was perky, friendly, and very efficient in her job!!Definitely eat here again, and recommend!!

This has got to be one of the best subways in the area
A robot made our 4 foot-longs. An accurate, detail-oriented, talkative, friendly robot. It was fun watching him explain to us, and to himself, why the world is the way it is. Why words only have meaning if they carry within them that meaning. Like a double footlong should be 24 inches long. His empathy for our human struggle was touching, as was his gesture to preheat the Philly steak meat, so the toaster, a much older model than him, could focus on just toasting.I don't know if he'll still be there when we go back. He did mention being needed for a rocket hydro-lifter NASA couldn't seem to get just right. "It's as simple as the cheese here: you see a piece that's too small, you get a larger one. The lifter cannot be left to fail (or simply disappoint) because someone (or some cheese cutting machine) didn't do their job right..."

Good subs!
So delicious ??
Great food good staff
This was my first negative experience at a Subway restaurant. I walked in. No one was out front. I waited approximately two minutes. A man came out from the back mumbling to himself about boxes. No greeting. I smiled and said "Hi!" He replied with a scowl and mumbled "Hi." I was sympathetic when I asked him if he was having a bad day. He angrily replied that he had been there for two hours and all he had done was unpack boxes. He said he hadn't set up his restaurant. I then asked for a foot long vege delight on multigrain. He took out the roll and barked "cheese?" I asked for pepper jack. He snapped: "Toasted?" I said no. He asked what I wanted on it. I asked for extra tomatoes and spinach and then everything else except jalapeños and onions. He put on the tomatoes, spinach, lettuce, cukes and pickles. I asked if he had olives and he barked: "No. I haven't had time to set up my bar." I said that was OK and paid. No thank you. His tone was very unprofessional and I didn't feel welcome at this Subway at all. I have never experienced such poor treatment like this in ANY retail store/restaurant and it sure left a sour taste in my mouth on my first visit to Alabama from Maine!!! This person needs to be taught that the customer comes first. It was utterly appalling.
Opening hours on the door and Google is wrong it was still close. Door has them opening at 9am and it's still close.Get it together Gurley subway!
