We always order off the app with them and have never had any problems until the last two times!! This time i ordered at 7:42 pm and it was scheduled to arrive at 8:42 pm. I called them at 9:00 and door dash has just picked up my order and it is now 10:30 and we have still yet to receive our order!!!!!
