“This is a small hometown place with the taste of a five star restaurant. The service is amazing from the time you walk in, until you pay you tab. The food is exceptional. You may walk in thinking your going to a small town hole in the wall, but you'll leave thinking you've just left the finest restaurant in Birmingham!

“Nice old school restaurant. The inside has been updated but it still reminds me a lot of the original and to me that makes the experience even better. They have a really good all you can eat lunch buffet during the week and on Sunday's and it's reasonably priced. Staff have always been friendly as well and I always leave a generous tip for their service.”

“We were at a group meeting. There was a room provided for us. First we ate and then had our meeting. The food was delicious and the waitress kept our drinks full. We never got below a half glass. They got the special orders right.”

“Marty the cook knows what he is doing on the grill. I have never have a complaint when he is working. He cooks the food like it is suppose to be cooked and doesn't leave hair in the food either. Too many sloppy cooks and not enough cooks like Marty! Keep up the good work guys.”

“It's amazing to me how something as simple as a BLT can be so delicious, but they have figured it out at Bennet's. Also, the jumbo smashburger is one of the best burgers I've ever had. With every bite, I became more disappointed knowing this masterpiece would soon be gone. Good thing I hit the road with the to-go order or I would have ordered another before I left had I dined in.”

“Was here from Illinois to visit all my Alabama family. I try and stop in here and eat each time I'm down. Their buffet has a very good selection, service is always good and atmosphere inviting. Everyone is always so pleasant. Alabama was my birth state. I love it here and wished my parents wouldn't have left years ago when I was young. “Just ordered the $6 smash burger from the Sonic in Hamilton. The service was spot on could not have been longer than 5 minutes. The burger was so well put together and the meat was not too juicy but just right. All before 10:30 am. The only place where you can get breakfast or lunch anytime of day. Great job 👍🏿”
